Our founder Lisa Michél, was inspired to design this ultimate heirloom piece in loving memory of her late grandmother Ada. The Ada signature grande heart locket is hand forged in soild 9ct gold, with a diamond embelished forefront and personalized gold embossed or diamond initial and/or a message on the inside.

FAQ's
1. How do I order jewellery?
Fill out our contact form on our website or e-mail us: enquiries@russelandrose.com
Each order is quoted individually. Once you have sent through your order enquiry on our website, you will then receive a quotation within two (2) to four (4) working days. This quotation is valid for seven (7) working days, excluding public holidays.
On approval of your quotation, you will receive an invoice, valid for a period of seven (7) working days, excluding public holidays.
An 80% deposit with proof of receipt is required to process your order
Processing and creating your piece/s takes approximately fifteen (15) working days, excluding public holidays.
On receipt of the balance of payment, your order will be packaged and ready to dispatch.
Personal collection or courier can be arranged according to your requirements.
2. How much does a piece of jewellery cost?
Costing is determined by the jewellery piece, gold weight and the amount of diamonds/stones required for that particular piece. We also provide costings on lab diamonds and natural diamonds.
3. When will I receive my jewellery order and how will I receive it?
Our lead time is approximately twenty (20) working days, excluding public holidays. We require an 80% deposit in order to proceed with your order. We offer courier delivery for all orders.
4. How can I see the jewellery pieces in person before I purchase?

5. Do you have a Showroom?

6. Can I order a neck chain or bracelet chain at a different length?
We do offer customised neck chain and bracelet chain lengths. Any changes made to the length will be quoted for accordingly.
7. What precious stone and/or diamond options are there for me to choose from?
We are able to offer a variety of gem stones, lab diamonds, natural diamonds and precious stones. We will source according to your requirements.
8. CAN I USE MY EXISTING GOLD JEWELLERY AND PRECIOUS STONES AND/OR DIAMONDS TO MAKE A NEW PIECE?
Unfortunately we cannot use your existing gold to create new pieces. We do not remove semi-precious stones or diamonds from existing settings, as this can result in breakages. However, we can use loose semi-precious stones and/or diamonds to create a custom design for you.
