WHAT YOU WILL NEED

– Dishwashing liquid
– Soft absorbent cloth
– Polishing cloth
– Ceramic bowl

STEP 1: Fill your bowl with lukewarm water.

STEP 2: Add a few drops of dishwashing liquid to the water and mix it in.

STEP 3: Dip jewellery piece into the soapy water and gently brush it with the toothbrush.

STEP 4: Remove the jewellery piece and use the dry absorbent cloth to gently pat it dry.

STEP 5: Once the jewellery is dry, use the absorbent cloth to give it one final clean and polish.

QUOTATIONS & TRANSACTIONS

All custom pieces are final sale. Once your enquiry has been received, a tailored quotation will be sent to you via e-mail from enquiries@russelandrose.com .  This quotation is valid for a duration of seven (7) working days, excluding public holidays.  We require an eighty percent (80%) deposit to process your order. Your completed order will be dispatched on receipt of payment for the outstanding balance.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Production times are specified at the time of purchase and start the first business day after receipt of the deposit.

Once your order is ready, we ship all parcels with an express shipping method. We will happily assist in arranging insurance and an evaluation certificate on your behalf should you choose to include those options with your purchase. 

LEAD TIME

Please note that our lead time is approximately fifteen (15) to twenty (20) working days from the date that we receive your deposit, excluding public holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders until we have received your deposit paid in full, and we will only be able to dispatch your completed piece/s on receipt of payment for the outstanding balance.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you decide to cancel an order or change your mind with a personalized medallion or charm, unfortunately you will incur the cost of the CAD. Should you decide to cancel an order or change your mind with any other piece of jewellery that is not personalized, you will need to do so via an e-mail to enquiries@russelandrose.com within twelve (12) hours after an order has been placed.  Alternatively, should you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us on enquiries@russelandrose.com .

RETURNS

Products purchased from RUSSEL & ROSE™ are made per order and therefore cannot be returned.
